The Windsor Forest Restaurant is a beautifully intimate dining room within the main grandstand at Ascot racecourse with a private bar area accommodating a maximum of 60 guests for corporate hospitality at Royal Ascot on all days, including Royal Ascot Ladies Day. 

From the private balcony, situated just past the Ascot racecourse winning post, corporate hospitality guests within the Windsor Forest Restaurant have a unique opportunity to be close to the horse racing action and enjoy some of the best views of Ascot racecourse and the races during Royal Ascot week.

A five-course luncheon, designed to tempt the palette of the most ardent corporate hospitality and restaurant connoisseur, includes freshly prepared culinary creations all beautifully presented and completed with a selection of carefully chosen wines.  VIP corporate hospitality guests being entertained within the Windsor Forest Restaurant at Royal Ascot are required to adhere to the Royal Enclosure dress code for all days at Royal Ascot, including Ladies Day.  The prestigious Windsor Forest Restaurant within the main grandstand is a picture perfect setting from which to experience the finest corporate hospitality plus the splendour of  the Royal procession whilst being entertained at Royal Ascot, plus the thrill and excitement of the world’s greatest race meeting.
